Q How do I get an answer to urgent questions outside UK office hours ?
A Ring the out of hours support line on 0831880360, or a the US service number.

Q I have a Digital console and when I am trying to re-assign ports, I find that two are apparently missing, how can I get them back ?
A You have probably assigned them as external monitors in the system setup, De-assign them and they will re-appear.

Q Can I run my Amek software under a DOS session in Windows95 ?
A No, at present all our software requires too many resources for this to work reliably.

Q When I try to use more than 14 patches in VFX, my system locks up and crashes, why is this ?
A You are using the earliest version of the software, download the newer version from the Website. (go to download page.)
